Job Description/Skills Required

• Assists the DMC Project Manager with the development of project specific processes and Procedure Manual, as needed.
• Communicates with the study team (ie sites, CRAs, Committee Members) as directed by the DMC Project Manager.
• Establish and maintain project email box.
• Assists with project specific process/system training for study team (ie sites, CRAs, Committee Members), as directed by DMC Project Manager
• Generates and distribute project reports as directed by DMC Project Manager.
• Maintains study team contact information, as needed
• Attends internal project team meetings and assists DMC Project Manager with generating agenda and meeting minutes as needed.
• Schedules meetings, teleconferences, web exes as directed by Project Manager.
• Maintains all aspects of project tracking as directed by DMC Project Manager.
• Maintains study files as directed by DMC Project Manager.
• Facilitates document translation as necessary.
• Redacts documents as directed by DMC Project Manager.
